Repair of Heat Exchangers, Water and Air Coolers at the “Ethylene-Polyethylene” Plant of “Azerikimya” Production Association (2024)

In 2024, Caspian Engineering Solutions successfully carried out a comprehensive repair and maintenance project for heat exchangers, water coolers, and air cooling systems located at the “Ethylene-Polyethylene” plant of the “Azerikimya” Production Association. The aim of the project was to improve the efficiency of technological processes, ensure long-term reliability of the equipment, and support uninterrupted operations at the plant.

As part of the project, a total of 56 heat exchangers and cooling units were disassembled and serviced on-site within the plant premises. The repair process was implemented in several stages. Initially, each unit was opened and thoroughly cleaned using chemical and mechanical methods to remove internal deposits and contaminants. Following the cleaning, any worn or damaged parts were repaired or replaced as needed.

Once the repair phase was completed, the equipment underwent hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing to ensure functionality and safety. All units were then securely reassembled and reintegrated into the plant’s operational systems. Each stage of the work was carried out under the supervision of certified engineering personnel and in full compliance with industrial safety and technical regulations.

Throughout the project, uninterrupted plant operation was maintained, and the safety of personnel and environmental protection were prioritized. Utilizing state-of-the-art tools, diagnostic equipment, and modern technical methods, the entire scope of work was successfully completed within 30 calendar days, meeting all quality and timing expectations.

The successful execution of this project once again demonstrated Caspian Engineering Solutions’ strong capabilities in industrial repair and maintenance, as well as its commitment to technical excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
