Any question or concern related to cultural issues and professional ethics can be resolved openly throughout the organization. Annual Integrity programs are held to maintain the Codes of Conduct up to date and resolve any ongoing ethics issue. CES operates based on Zero Tolerance when it comes to breaching Code of Conduct and professional norms. All employees are required to sign an agreement, confirming that they understand what breaching Code of Conduct means.
HISTORY
- Despite the fact that company was established in 2014, our experience goes back to late 90s. Our director Jamaladdin Aliyev have been leading some of the major companies on this sphere such as SGS, McDermont and collected numerous of experience at it. His communication skills and recognition of hard workers was a kick off for Caspian Engineering Solutions. Today, we have a crew of well experienced engineers as well as Operations and QHSE. We are one of very rare companies in the country that takes special care on sustainability and green earth programs. Within these 4 years, Caspian Engineering Solutions have been proven itself on major projects such as Shah Deniz 2, SCPX, while working with international companies such as BP, Saipem, Technip, Samsung Engineering, Technimont, Azfen J.V, Ustay and in constant work relations with SOCAR. We ensure highest standard of work and stand for the Warranty of Quality.
