In 2023, Caspian Engineering Solutions successfully participated in a key infrastructure project within the White City (Ağ Şəhər) urban development zone, specifically at the CB-011 site. As part of this project, welding and installation of firefighting pipelines with a total volume of 3500 dia-inch were completed with high precision and in full compliance with all applicable technical standards.

The primary objective of the project was to install a durable and reliable firefighting pipeline system that ensures the safety and fire protection of the development area. The welding works involved technically demanding operations for joining pipes of various diameters, with a focus on durability and leak prevention. Every weld joint was carefully inspected, and where required, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods were applied to verify the integrity and safety of the work.

Despite the complexity of site conditions, the installation works were executed systematically and in strict accordance with the technical design. All aspects of the system—including pipe alignment, support structures, and safety valves—were meticulously planned and implemented. All materials and methods used throughout the project were selected based on internationally recognized specifications such as API, ASME, and ISO standards.

The entire scope of work was carried out by Caspian Engineering Solutions’ team of experienced engineers and certified welders, with strong emphasis placed on both quality control and occupational safety. The successful and timely completion of this project once again demonstrates our company’s capability to act as a trusted partner in large-scale urban infrastructure and development projects.
