In the first half of 2024, the technical infrastructure of the “Ethylene-Polyethylene” Plant of Azerikimya Production Association underwent a significant phase of restoration. At the heart of this stage was the inspection and repair of essential process equipment — separators, mixers, and storage tanks — which play a critical role in the facility’s continuous operation. Caspian Engineering Solutions took on the challenge of servicing this complex network of components, completing the work with precision and dedication.

A total of 204 units of equipment were subjected to on-site internal inspection. Each unit was carefully opened and cleaned to remove accumulated residue and deposits through a combination of chemical and mechanical methods. Rather than settling for a surface-level review, the technical team analyzed the operational state of each element in detail, identifying and swiftly resolving any mechanical or structural deficiencies that could compromise performance.

Some units required light mechanical interventions, while others demanded more involved structural repairs. This project was not simply routine maintenance — it was a strategic revitalization of operational equipment. No component was overlooked: gaskets, valves, flanges, instrumentation — every detail was inspected and, when necessary, replaced or repaired.

This tailored execution ensured not only compliance with standards, but true operational resilience.

Though the work was completed within just 30 calendar days, the impact of those 30 days will be felt over many years.
