NORM Sement Plant Main Water Pipeline Renovation Project (2017-2018)

 

The main water pipeline renovation project carried out at Norm Sement Plant during 2017-2018 aimed to enhance the stability and reliability of the plant’s water supply system. Within the scope of the project, major reconstruction works were conducted on the main water pipeline with a total length of 2000 meters. During this period, excavation works were professionally executed using a 0.5 m³ excavator, soil was removed where necessary, and proper preparatory work for the installation of new pipes was completed.

The excavation works were completed within 20 calendar days, fully complying with safety regulations and project standards, utilizing modern technical equipment and an experienced workforce. The project prioritized worker safety, environmental protection, and proper preservation of soil layers. As a result of these renewal works, Norm Sement Plant’s water supply system was brought to a level capable of more stable, uninterrupted, and long-term operation.

Overall, the timely and high-quality completion of the project played a crucial role in ensuring the operational stability of Norm Sement Plant. This represented a significant step toward the uninterrupted production processes and increased productivity of the facility.
