In 2024, Caspian Engineering Solutions successfully executed a significant technological replacement project involving the renewal of the T-30 tank located within Unit 21 of the CDU/VDU facility in Production Area 2 of the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery. This project aimed to increase the operational reliability of the equipment, ensure the stability of technological processes, and maintain compliance with safety standards.

During the initial phase, the existing T-30 tank and its associated components were dismantled under the supervision of a professional engineering team, and these structures weighing 14 tons were safely removed from the building. Environmental protection, proper disposal of equipment, and worker safety were prioritized throughout the dismantling process.

In the next phase, the new T-30 tank, weighing 16 tons, was transported to the refinery site and carefully brought inside the building using specialized technical equipment. It was then installed precisely according to detailed engineering calculations. After installation, all connected technological elements—including pipelines, flange connections, measurement devices, and safety systems—were fully and properly integrated.

In the final stage, the entire system underwent comprehensive testing and functional inspections, proving that the equipment was fully ready for operation. All assembly and testing procedures were carried out in accordance with industrial standards, international safety regulations, and the client’s technical requirements.

The project was successfully completed and handed over for operation within just 20 calendar days. This rapid and high-quality execution once again demonstrated Caspian Engineering Solutions’ professionalism, technical resources, and coordinated work approach in engineering and installation within industrial facilities.
